  • When you are having twins, your body will require double the amount of hormones. In the case of IVF pregnancies, hormones are not naturally produced by your body, instead, they are taken as medications. So, your doctors might increase the dosage of hormone medications, and you will have to take them as recommended. 
  • You need not rush to the hospital right after you noticed the bleeding. Instead, take hormone medicines and communicate with the fertility expert. 
  • If the bleeding is not showing any signs of stopping, you may head to the fertility center. Even if it is solved for the time being, bleeding is more likely to appear again sometimes in the pregnancy period, especially if you are having a twin pregnancy. But you need not have to worry again.
